Informatie verzonden aan Bouwinvest via e-mail of de formulieren en op website van Bouwinvest is niet beveiligd en wordt als niet vertrouwelijk beschouwd.
De inhoud van deze website wordt in zijn geheel beheerst door de voorwaarden van het Informatie Memorandum met betrekking tot het fonds welke op aanvraag beschikbaar is dan wel zal worden gesteld. Bouwinvest en de fondsen zijn vrijgesteld van de vergunningplicht o.g.v. artikel 2:65 Wet op het financieel toezicht en staat uit dien hoofde niet onder toezicht van de Autoriteit Financiële Markten en De Nederlandsche Bank.
Selling Restrictions
De aandelen in de Bouwinvest Fondsen worden niet, rechtstreeks of middellijk aangeboden of verkregen in Nederland, tenzij (i) aan of door (rechts) personen die “gekwalificeerde beleggers” zijn, zoals bedoeld in artikel 1:1 van de Wet op het financieel toezicht (hierna: “Wft”), en/of (ii) aan of door (rechts)personen die aandelen verkrijgen met een nominale waarde per aandeel van tenminste EUR 5 miljoen, of die aandelen verkrijgen tegen een tegenwaarde van tenminste EUR 5 miljoen per aandeelhouder.
De informatie op de website is niet bedoeld voor bezoekers uit landen waar het aanbieden van (voor die bezoekers buitenlandse) financiële diensten niet is toegestaan, of waar de diensten van Bouwinvest niet verkrijgbaar zijn, zoals onder andere voor Amerikaanse partijen.
